摘    要:在现代,企业间的并购正在日益成为一种常见的企业经营行为。在企业并购过程中发生的文化冲突问题往往成为企业并购成败的关键问题之一。 根据对一些企业并购案例的研究分析,在一些学者的前期研究的基础上,文章系统分析和研究了企业并购过程中发生的企业文化冲突问题的产生根源,分析了企业文化冲突对企业并购产生的关键性影响,并且重点就企业如何应对并购行为导致的文化冲突问题和企业文化整合问题阐述了作者的观点。

Abstract:At present, the merging and purchasing of enterprises has become common in enterprise management. The cultural conflict that comes out in this process will often become one of the key factors to determine the success or failure in merging and purchasing. Based on some analysis of the preliminary case studies in this area by other researchers, the present paper studies and analyzes the original factors for such cultural conflict and the key role that the conflict can play to influence the merging and purchasing. In the end, it puts forward some views on how to deal with the cultural conflict and how to carry out the cultural conformity between enterprises.
