| Abstract: | It is necessary for every country in the world to develop educational modernization. However, because of differences in cultural tradition, the development course varies from country to country. The paper explores the British educational modernization, explains its model of guarding to advance gradually. Then the paper illustrates the relationship between tradition and transition, and points out several illusions during the course of the educational modernization. |
