| 摘 要： | 道德自由包括意志自由、道德权利与道德境界三个基本层面,三者相互联系,共同构成道德自由范畴的丰富内涵。在具体的实践过程中,由于个体在道德表达上的不确定性,导致了道德自由的风险。道德自由风险的规避取决于道德自由主体的道德责任和道德理性两个重要方面。道德责任是道德自由的重要属性,而道德责任的有效性最终要由人们的道德理性来保证。

| Abstract: | Moral freedom includes three dimensions of will freedom,moral right and moral ambit,which are related with each other.In the practice of moral freedom,the indetermination of individual moral expression leads to the risks of moral freedom.These risks can be avioded by people's moral responsibility and moral reason.Moral responsibility is the important property of moral freedom,but the efficiency of moral responsibility was guaranteed by moral reason. |
