| Abstract: | The high ratio of the non-performing assets of commercial banks and the heavy debt burdens of state-owned enterprises have increasingly become two protruding problems in Chinas economic operation. Although it makes an active contribution to relieving the deflationary pressures, the practice of the debt-equity swaps will inevitably result in a series of problems concerning the relative interests of asset management corporations, commercial banks and debt-to-equity corporations. |
