| 摘 要： | 文章从我国物流法律法规的特点分析入手,对加强我国物流法律制度建设所涉及的物流主体制度、物流行为规范、物流宏观调控以及重视物流行业协会组织的协调和自律作用等几个方面进行了分析,指出完善的物流法律体系既为国家的宏观管理提供了依据,也为企业的微观活动提供了准则。
