| 摘 要： | 随着我国优先股制度的出台,优先股即将成为我国资本市场上一种新的投资渠道。而国有商业银行无论是从必要性还是可行性来讲,都是优先股试点工作的最适宜部门。通过银行国有股转优先股,是实现优先股发行切实可行的途径。

| Abstract: | As the emergency of the Preferred Shares Mechanism in China,the Preferred share is about to become a new investment channel in China＇s capital market.Thinking of its necessity and feasibility,State-owned Commercial Bank is the most appropriate department to carry out the pilot work of the Preferred Shares.The transformation from State-owned shares to Preferred shares is a feasible way to issue the Preferred Shares. |
