| 摘 要： | 新农村文化建设是一个重要而复杂的系统工程,是一项迫切而长期的艰巨任务。针对当前陕西省新农村文化建设现状和存在的问题,新农村文化建设工作必须通过切实加强组织领导、加大政府投入、创新机制、强化队伍建设,丰富群众文化生活等措施加以推进。

| Abstract: | The new rural cultural construction is an important and complex system engineering,is an urgent and long-term task.In view of the current cultural construction of new countryside in Shaanxi Province,the present situation and the existence question,the new rural cultural construction work must be effectively strengthen organization and leadership,increasing government investment,innovation mechanism,strengthen the team building,enrich the cultural life of the masses and other measures to promote. |
