城乡关系现代化转型的过程与逻辑

基于实现全体人民共同富裕的现代化目标，探寻城乡关系现代化转型具有重大意义。城乡关系现代化转型是多重因素作用的结果，其蕴含的“融合共生”特质推动了城乡“经济-社会”的一体化，构建了双中心意义的城乡关系。通过解构城乡发展中政策赋值、组织赋权、技术赋智的实践过程，发现城乡关系现代化转型表现为城乡结构一体化、要素均衡流动和功能差异化互补，并呈现了价值理性、结果理性与工具理性的再生产过程。在逆差序理念、双中心发展与数字红利扩散的逻辑取向下，城乡关系转型的价值观从差序向逆差序转变，成效观从极化发展向合作生产转型，方法观从效率增利向效益共享转换，既建构了稳定有序的城乡关系秩序，亦充实了中国式现代化的理论内涵，更为促进全体人民共同富裕提供了智识。

Practice and Logic of Modernization Transformation of Urban-Rural Relationship

To achieve the goal of modernization and common prosperity, it is of great significance to explore the modernization transformation of urban-rural relationship. The modernization transformation of urban and rural relationship is the result of multi factors, and its ″integration and symbiosis″ features promote the integration of urban and rural ″economic-society″, and build the urban-rural relationship with dual central significance. Through deconstructing the practice process of policy valuation, organizational empowerment and technological wisdom in urban and rural development, the modernization transformation of urban-rural relationship is manifested as urban-rural structural integration, balanced flow of elements and differentiated and complementary functions, and presents a reproduction process of value rationality, outcome rationality and instrumental rationality. Under the logic orientation of deficit order concept, dual-center development and digital dividend diffusion, the value of urban-rural relationship transformation has changed from differential order to deficit order, the effect view has changed from polarization development to cooperative production, and the method view has changed from efficiency to benefit sharing, which not only establishes a stable and orderly urban-rural relationship order, but also enriches the theoretical connotation of Chinese style modernization. It also provides the wisdom to promote the common prosperity of all people.
