| 摘 要： | 运用经济计量学的分析方法对我国改革开放以来经济、环境的时间序列数据进行分析,在验证经济发展与环境的关系满足库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)的基础上,探讨了在既定的资源约束下,环境敏感的出口贸易对我国环境产生的负面影响及其程度,并分析了环境规制对环境变化的影响及对环境政策调整的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper conducts an econometric test on the validity of Environmental Kuznets Curve(EKC) satisfied by the relation between China's economic development and its environment on the basis of time series data.It also discusses the negative influences and its extent resulting from the environmental-sensitive exports against the environment of China.In addition,the authors analyze how environment pollutions affect the environment conditions and their meanings to environmental policy-making. |
