苏南土改中的知识分子问题

知识分子问题是中国革命和建设的重大理论与实践问题,对这一问题解决的成功与否,影响着整个中国社会的历史进程。在苏南土改中,中国共产党从团结的角度出发,根据具体情况给予知识分子政治和经济上的各种政策照顾,并把土改运动作为教育和改造知识分子的手段。这种做法不仅保证了苏南土改的顺利进行,而且有利于实现中共入城之初争取知识分子的策略。这是中共建国后改造知识分子的第一步。

On the Intelligentsia in the Land Reform in Southern Jiangsu

How to get on with intellectuals was an important theoretical and practical problem during the period of revolution and construction. Whether this problem could be successfully solved affects the historical process of the whole Chinese society. In the land reform in Southern Jiangsu, Communist Party of China, aiming at unity, made various political and economical policies to favor the intellectuals in light with the real situation, and took the land reform as means to reeducate the intellectuals. This practice not only safeguarded the smooth going of the land reform in Southern Jiangsu, but was also conducive to winning the intellectuals when CPC first entered the cities. This was also the first step CPC took to reeducate the intellectuals after the foundation of PRC.
