| 摘 要： | 本文认为,江泽民同志运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的基本观点,从政治经济和哲学历史的高度来观察和研究科学技术,提出了许多反映科学技术本质和规律的独到见解。其中主要包括四个方面的内容:一、准确分析和全面把握科学技术的发展趋势;二、充分估量和高度概括科学技术的社会影响;三、密切关注和深入阐述科学技术的伦理价值;四、高度重视和充分发挥科技人才的关键作用。

| Abstract: | This text thinks that JIANG Ze- min proposed opinions that reflect the essential law of the science and technology using the basic concepts of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.The followings are the contents of his opinions:Firstly,hold the development trend of science and technology all-sidedly,Secondly,abundantly appraise and highly summarize the social influence of science and technology,Thirdly,pay close attention to and deeply explain about the ethics value of science and technology,Fourthly,think highly of and give full play to the skilled personnel's key effect. |
