| Abstract: | Blank commercial instrument remains an important theoretical issue in commercial instrument laws and a difficult point in practice. This paper, on the basis of defining blank commercial instrument, points out that the act of blank commercial instrument can merely be a near cat of blank commercial instrument, or an act similar to that. The validity of blank commercial instrument will rely on its supplementary recordings. |
