加快市场化进程:西部特色经济发展的决定因素

在分析经济增长因素的基础上,认为西部特色经济发展的决定因素是加快西部市场化进程。西部市场化滞后对西部特色经济发展的制约主要体现在西部企业的国有化程度高、西部资源产品定价的非市场化和政府职能转变滞后三个方面。因此,加快西部特色经济发展,必须加快西部国有企业退出、西部资源产品定价的市场化和政府职能转变。

Accelerating Process of Marketization: Determinant Factors of Characteristic Economy Development of the Western Regions in China

Based on analyzing determinant factors of economic growth, this article believes that accelerating process of marketization is determinant factors of characteristic economy development of the western regions. The lag of marketization restricting characteristic economy development of western regions lies in high nationalization of western region corporations, price of products of western resources being not made by market, and the lag of change of government function. Therefore, quickening characteristic economy development of western regions must quicken state-owned corporations to withdraw from production of western resources, carry out marketization of production price of western resources, and change government function.
