| 摘 要： | 企业竞争力的提升不仅依赖于自身拥有的资源和能力,还取决于有效利用外部资源的能力。该文以供应链联盟为视角,分析了企业竞争力的层级结构,并研究了供应链联盟提高企业竞争力的有效路径,提出了基于供应链联盟的企业竞争力的提升策略。

| Abstract: | The advance of corporate competitiveness is not only depend on interior resources and capability,but also the competence to use exterior resources.Supply chain alliance offered new angle for corporate competitiveness.First,we analyzed the layer of corporate competitiveness.Second,we discussed the path supply chain alliance improve corporate competitiveness.Finally,we put forward the way to strengthen the corporate competitiveness. |
