| Abstract: | In this paper,a hybrid algorithm is introduced in which a traditional optimization operator is added to the simulated evolutionary algorithm (SMA) and the information of the best point is applied in order to guide the search process.Not only does this algorithm exhibit the ability to escape from the local optimal points,but it also makes the search speed faster. |
