高等师范院校学科课程发展战略研究

摘    要:在新的时代里,世界各国纷纷在教育领域展开课程方面的改革。为了适应新时代的发展要求,重新建构高等师范院校学科课程体系也已成为我国教师教育改革不可忽视的重要环节。经过对高等师范院校学科课程体系现状分析,提出应“以教师专业发展为核心”、“以培养创新人才为目标”、“以研究性课程为支点”建构新的高等师范院校学科课程体系,并依据“整体策略”、“整合策略”、“优化策略”等实施策略,保证新课程体系的建立与实施。

Abstract:In this new age, different countries of the world are starting the reform of the subject curricula in educational field. To adapt to the developing demand of the new age, to reconstruct the curricular system of the normal universities has become a key link in the reform of teacher education in our country. After analyzing the present situation of the curricular system of the normal universities, we propose to re-construct a new curricular system for the normal universities by centering on the special development of the teachers, by aiming at training innovative personnel, and by focusing on the research subjects. According to the practical tactics such as "integrated tactics", "reorganized tactics", and "optimized tactics", the new curricular system should be guaranteed in setting-up and practice.
