| 摘 要： | 公元前 4世纪 (迄前 3 3 8年 )雅典的土地所有制与公元前 5世纪相比并未发生根本性变化 ,土地占有未出现猛烈集中 ,更未形成大地产制 ,城邦土地所有制仍然是比较稳定的中小土地所有制。出现上述情况的主要原因是 :首先 ,阿提卡的自然条件不利于大地产的形成 ;其次 ,伯罗奔尼撒战争后存在的可供兼并的土地并不多 ;再次 ,从法律上严格限制土地兼并 ;最后 ,伯罗奔尼撒战争给雅典人带来了严重灾难 ,使雅典公民的财力较战前大大削弱 ,从而削弱了他们兼并土地的能力。

| Abstract: | There wasn's fundamentaly chang ownership of land in Athens of the fourth century B.C.than the of fifth century B.C. Land hadn't been centralized violently,and even the ownership of big landed estate.Stable small landed estate was main form of owenership of land in polis.There were some important reasons leading to this situation:Firstly,the natural environment wasn't beneficil for the development of big landed estate in Attica.Secondly,land annex was limited by law.Thirdly Peloponnesus War was a disaster to Athenian, made the citizens of Athens much poorer compared to before of pre-war,and weakening their capacity to gather land. |
