| 摘 要： | 实现宁夏跨越式发展是自治区第十次党代会提出的新的奋斗目标,体现了科学发展的时代要求,标志着宁夏的经济社会发展进入了一个崭新的阶段。如何实现跨越式发展,是摆在宁夏600多万人民面前的一项重大任务。本文从宁夏跨越式发展战略提出的背景出发,探讨了跨越式发展的理论渊源,从技术、资本、劳动以及制度的后发优势等方面探究了宁夏实施跨越式发展的模式。

| Abstract: | Achieving the leaping development of Ningxia is the new aim proposed in the tenth congress of the Communist Party of China of Ningxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region.The proposal reflects the modern demand of scientific development and it marks Ningxia's economy comes into a new stage.How to achieve the leaping development is a very important task to the people in Ningxia.Based on the theory of the leaping development,the essay studies the model of leaping development in Ningxia from technology,capital,labor and aftereffect of the system. |
