| 摘 要： | 学习空气浓不浓是一个学校学风好不好的重要表现 ,关系到能不能培养出合格的学生。高职学生生源层次复杂 ,存在着学习不用心、不刻苦、不扎实的问题 ,需要构建合理的目标、树立正确的成就动机、实施创造性学习方略 ,从而形成良好的学习空气。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the atmosphere of study is the root of the building and development of colleges.The author analyses the state of the students' dislike of study and unknowing how to study.The author also puts forward the methods how to design reasonable aim,set up clear motive of achievement and practice creative learning method.Only in this way can we establish the atmosphere of study. |
