论提升中国文化软实力的“两面三力”模式

党的十七大将提升文化软实力确立为国家发展战略的重要组成部分，合乎中国特色社会主义发展实际，体现了党在新的历史条件下的高度文化自觉，再次展现了党对时代发展趋势的敏锐洞察力与非凡的调整创新能力以及对我国文化发展方位的科学把握。要有效提升我国文化软实力，应坚持以国际国内“两面”为“经”，对内深化改革，对外扩大开放，以发挥中国文化的凝聚力、吸收力和影响力等“三力”的巨大内能为“纬”，全面统畴“两面”与“三力”的协调发展，共同托起中国文化软实力的飞跃。

On the Mode of "Two Aspects and Three Strengths" in Improving Chinese Cultural Soft Strength

Cultural soft strength was established as an important part of national strategy in the Seventeenth National Congress of CPC, which conforms to the realities of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, embodies the strong cultural self-consciousness in the new historical period, and demonstrates again the Party＇s keen insight into the development trend of the times and the adjustment of extraordinary ability to innovate and the orientation of Chinese cultural development. To improve China＇s cultural soft strength effectively, we should adopt the ＂two aspects＂ as ＂meridian＂, and internal deepening of reform and external expansion of opening-up to exert the huge energy of ＂three strengths＂, namely cohesiveness, influence and absorption of Chinese traditional culture as ＂woof＂, deal well with the comprehensive development of the ＂two aspects＂ and ＂three strengths＂, and promote the great leap of Chinese cultural soft strength.
