| 摘 要： | 中国巨大的能源需求不能期望由化石能源来解决,而只能寄希望于可再生能源。期望中国将能由西南地区的水电、东南沿海地区风电和东北西北地区的风电分别实现各个不同地区发展所需电力,在储能方式中最值得重视的是锂离子蓄电池储能。福建省更有建立大型风电场的特殊条件,建议海峡两岸共同发展海上大型风电产业。

| Abstract: | China should look to renewable energy resources for its enormous energy need rather than rely on fossil (fuels.) It is expected that the increasing need for electric power in China can be satisfied with hydroelectric power in southwest region, wind power in southeastern costal region as well as northeastern and north-western regions. Of all energy storage technologies, the lithium-ion battery energy-storage method is the most valuable. Fujian Province is endowed with rich natural resources favourable to large scale wind power farms. So it is suggested that both sides of the Taiwan Strait work together to develop large scale wind power industry at sea. |
