突破型高新技术产业组织模式研究

通过对产业组织理论与突破性创新相关研究的回顾和综述,认为突破型高新技术产业作为对经济有突破带动作用的主导产业,应该实现产业组织模式上的创新。通过对一般产业组织模式的研究,对突破型高新技术产业的概念进行界定,指出其特征,并提出突破型高新技术产业组织的一般模式和三种具体模式:(1)小企业与大集团的二元或泛二元组织模式,(2)前向产业会聚的组织模式,(3)横向产业会聚的组织模式。最后对未来的研究方向进行展望。

The Research on the Industrial Organization Model of Radical Innovation Based High-tech Industries

Through the literature review on the previous studies of industrial organization and radical innovation,this paper holds that as the leading industry,radical innovation based high-tech industry is driving the economic development,and thus it should carry out innovation on its industrial organization model.After the study on the general industrial organization model,the paper defines radical innovation based high-tech industry and its characteristics,and then it points out that there are three different actual models,the first one being Ambidextrous Organization or Pan-ambidextrous Organization Model featuring the cooperation between small enterprises and conglomerates,the second Forward Industrial Convergence Organization Model and the third Horizontal Industrial Convergence Organization Model.And finally,the paper points out the future research areas.
