| 摘 要： | 现代科学技术特别是高技术的飞速发展,极其深刻地推动着战争的变革,引起传统作战手段和方式的改变。伴随高技术在战争中的应用而出现的武器的“慈化”、平民与战士界限的模糊以及超限组合战法的应用,都对传统战争伦理提出新的挑战。本文通过对高技术战争所引发伦理问题的阐述,尝试从战争行为伦理的角度对这些问题进行剖析。

| Abstract: | The fast growth of modern science and technology,especially high technology,has transformed warfare,and resulted in the change of mode and means of warfare operations.With the use of high technology in warfare,there arise the "benignancy" of weapons,the ambiguity between civilians and soldiers,and the application of "unrestricted warfare" operations,which constitute challenges to traditional warfare ethics.This article points to ethical problems arising from the use of hightech in warfare,and discusses ethical issues in hightech warfare. |
