| Abstract: | Based on the objective analysis of the benefits and adverse effect caused to the property in dustry when China is admitted to be a member of WTO, this paper puts forth some common viewpoints which should be shared by our real estate industry and the some suggestions related to the real estate policies and strategies to be adopted. |
