高校突发事件管理的理论误区与对策研究

文章以社会学的研究视角,透视了中国高校在突发事件的偶然性、突发事件的边界、应对模式和控制机制等所存在的四个理论误区,分析了产生这些误区的理论和社会根源以及由此给政策制定带来的不良影响,提出了要健全组织机构,制定管理制度,落实管理责任,完善处置预案,着力抓好突发事件管理的"三个体系"建设。
