摘    要:素质教育与"减负”两者的关系在于,一方面,素质教育必然要求"减负”;另一方面"减负”以素质教育为理论前提和方法指导.同时素质教育的实施必定能减轻学生的心理负担,从而实现真正意义上的"减负”.

Abstract:The relationship between quality education and burden-unlouding is that on one hand quality education inevitably requires burden-unlouding, on the other hand burden-unloading regards education as theoretic premise and method guidance.Meanwhile the implementation of quality education can surely unload students' psychologic burden and truly realize burden-unloading.
