论宪政视域下社会公正观的建构

随着改革开放逐渐深入而来的利益多元化和利益冲突,使得如何实现社会公正成为人们日益关注的理论和现实问题之一。在某种程度上,社会公正已成为我们评判现代化成就的"阿基米德支点",没有社会公正,我们将无法实践以人为本理念,也无法使人们共享社会发展成果,社会主义现代化的实现也将成为美丽的海市蜃楼。在现实生活中,造成社会不公正的因素很多,但是最为明显和最具破坏力的不公正则往往来源于政府滥用职权所带来的不公正,这就要求我们所要建构和实现的社会公正观必须建立在宪政的基础上,在宪政保障下的社会公正才是最真实、最持久和最现实的社会公正。
