| 摘 要： | 近年来,巴基斯坦一直强烈要求加入上海合作组织,其积极申请加入上海合作组织的行动是出于其战略考虑,以谋求自己在反恐和经济发展上的现实利益,并构成巴基斯坦安全战略的重要组成部分。巴基斯坦加入上海合作组织具备必要性和一些有利条件,但也存在一些问题和困难,目前看,实现这一目标还需时日。
