| 摘 要： | 司法公正需要司法独立。实现司法独立在某种程度上需要法官独立。为确保法官独立 ,一方面在于加强制度的建设 ,另一方面取决于法官在其中的作用、法官素质及人格魅力 ,这是司法独立的重要条件之一。
