| 摘 要： | 企业的环境变化导致企业的对应战略,在经济全球化的当今,企业跨国经营环境具有多样性和易变性的特征,使得我国欠发达地区企业跨国经营面临较大的挑战。本文首先分析了我国欠发达地区企业跨国经营的现状,在此基础上提出了我国欠发达地区企业跨国经营的创新思路,即:技术创新,管理创新和经营战略创新。

| Abstract: | The change of the enterprise environment will lead to the adjustment of the strategy for that.Under the economic globalization today,the cross-national management by the enterprise is demonstrated by its diversity and flexibility,which presents great challenge to cross-national enterprises in the less-developed regions in China.The present paper analyzes the current situation of the cross-national enterprises in those areas,and then,it puts forward some new ideas based on the situation,that is,technological innovation,administrative innovation,and management innovation. |
