| 摘 要： | 节约型城市是节约型社会的最重要主体，节约型城市建设的成功与否，是我国节约型社会能否建成的关键。文章通过对国内外节约型城市建设经验的分析，结合我国的实际情况，构建了以支撑体系、保障体系和评价体系三位一体为核心的节约型城市建设基本模式。

| Abstract: | The conserved city is the most important body of the conserved society. Whether succeed in constructing the conserved city or not is the key point of constructing conserved society in our country. Through analyzing the conserved city in our and foreign countries, and in view of the situation in our country, this article establishes a basic mode of constructing conserved city, which takes supporting system, ensuring system, and appraising system as its nucleus. |
