| 摘 要： | 本文从经济和法律两个层面透视侵蚀银行债权的行为方式及其深层等因，指出抵制各种侵蚀银行资产行为的基本思路是构建银行产权制度，并提出了界定银行产权的运作方法及推行银行产权制度的配套措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the problems conceming the infringement of state banks'obligatory rightare approached from the economic angle and from the legal angle for an analysis of the behavioral pattemsand their deep-rooted causes.The paper points out that the way to reject any infringement of state banks'property is to set up the bank property system.Finally,the paper presents the author'sviews on how todefine bank property rights and how to implement the bank property system. |
