| 摘 要： | 技术产权交易是技术资本化的一种制度创新形式，由此形成的交易市场是支持高新技术企业发展的资本市场体系的重要组成部分。我国的技术产权交易市场应定位于区域性、非公开的权益性资本市场，并从立法、鼓励创新等方面加强监管，以实现技术产权交易市场的规范化、科学化发展。
