| 摘 要： | 信息素养是指个体通过掌握信息知识和信息技术，在信息社会中积极获取、利用、开发信息的修养与能力。公务员信息素养的内容包括信息观念、信息意识、信息能力、信息知识和信息道德。加强公务员信息素养培养，既是社会发展的需要，也是提高公务员信息素养和实施电子政务的需要。通过职前培养和在职培养两种途径，能有效提高公务员的信息素养。

| Abstract: | Information accomplishment refers to the individual's ability to acquire,utilize,and develop information.Civil servant's information accomplishment includes information concept,information consciousness,information ability,information knowledge,and information morality.By pre-post and in-post cultivation,we can effectively improve civil servant's information accomplishment. |
