Urbanization is of importance in the economic development of our country. In this process, there are many problems that are worthy of thinking deeply. Rural women's employment is a strict problem of these. For them, puzzled role caused by employment is the most important. When they run into some difficulties, the rural women couldn't find good ways to solve because of their educational level. So, we should take into consideration of these social problems.
