| 摘 要： | "大学生素质拓展计划"的最重要特点就是开发人力资源、注重职业导航,在思想政治与道德素养、社会实践与志愿服务、学术科技与创新创业、文化艺术与身心发展、社团活动与社会工作、技能培养等六大方面拓展素质提升.这需要建立完善有效的一体化运行模式,包括操作管理、项目规范、评价认证、激励监督、认同互动等五大系统机制.第一课堂学习取得"毕业证",第二课堂训练获得"素质拓展证","双证"的授予意味着我国高等教育的重大创新.

| Abstract: | The present essay deals with the mechanism for the implementation of the College Students' Quality Development Plan.In this essay,the author points out the important features of the College Students' Quality Development Plan.Meanwhile,he attempts to probe an effective mechanism capable of integrating five major mechanisms (i.e.the operating and management mechanism,the project standardization mechanism,the evaluation and certification mechanism,the incentive and supervision mechanism,and the identification and interaction mechanism).He considers that establishing and improving such an integrated mechanism is of vital significance in ensuring the implementation of the Quality Development Plan and upgrading the overall quality of college Students. |
