| 摘 要： | :土家族的婚姻经历过“群婚→血缘婚→‘骨种’婚→非血缘婚”几个阶段 ,“骨种”婚的形成有其特定的社会历史背景与地理人文环境 ,围绕“骨种”婚形成了一系列婚姻习俗。土家族婚姻习俗的变革有两大力量在推动 :一是自然选择法则 ;二是社会力量推动。新的婚姻习俗的形成有赖于法制的不断健全和完善 ,有赖于经济社会的开放和发展 ,有赖于观念习俗的变革 ,也有赖于社会文明层次的不断提高

| Abstract: | Tujia people's marriage experienced four stages.It has its peculiar social and historical background and geological human environment.Then, there appeared a series of marriage traditions.Tujia people's marriage traditions has been changed by two great forces:one is the law of natural selection,the other is the social forces.The new traditions depend on the perfecting laws,the development of society and economy,the change of traditional ideas and the promoted social civilization. |
