在统筹城乡综合配套改革的立体视阈中,通过统筹改革试验的本体之思科学厘定新一轮统筹改革试验的总体特征、发展内涵、预期走向、改革目标,将有助于有效指导综合试验下的诸要素统筹改革.文章立足于统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区--重庆--的微观视野,从构建城乡良性互动的教育链、构建区域教育均衡配套发展格局、构建教育城乡统筹的保障体系三大角度,提出统筹城乡教育综合改革试验的若干建议,以期实现二元教育治理,推进教育统筹试验向纵深发展.
