| 摘 要： | 中国连锁零售企业发展迅速,从无到有,数量不断增加。但与国际的零售企业相比,整体差距仍很大,主要是企业经营规模小,负债率高,资金结构不合理以及管理手段落后,规范性差,要解决这些问题,应按系统化原理进行管理,发展垂直营销系统,集中优势资源,降低成本,提高资金使用效率,搞好人才的培养,促使零售企业健康发展。

| Abstract: | The Chinese chain retail enterprises develop quickly,but comparatively,the gap between Chinese and international retail ones is very big.The reasons lie in :management scale is small,indebted rate is high,the funds construction is not reasonable and managing means falls behind,and the norm is bad.To solve that problems,enterprises should systematize management, develop the perpendicular market system,concentrate advantage resources,decline cost,increase funds usage efficiency,and train persons with ability,to urge retail enterprises to develop healthily. |
