我国高科技国区集群化战略研究

企业集群会形成强劲、持续的竞争优势,集群化战略是高科技园区发展的一种有效模式。针对当前我国高科技园区在集群化过程中存在的政策、制度、机制等障碍,我国高科技园区实现集群化的策略应是:一要发挥政府的调控作用,完善产业集群的支持体系;二要注重发展特色集群,重视大企业对产业集群的集聚作用;三要加强企业自身的学习行为。

Strategic Study of Aggregation in Our High-tech Parks

Corporate aggregation can help form a big and sustainable competitive advantage,so strategy about aggregation is sure to be an effective model for the develoment of high-tech parks,despite some barriers concerning policy system and mechanism arising in the process of aggregation.To deal with these barriers and to clear the way for aggregation in high-tech parks,the tactics should be,firstly,to give play to the governmental controlling mechanism and improve supporting system of industrial groups;secondly,to lay stress on developing aggregation of distinctive features and gathering function of huge corporates in the industrial groups,and thirdly,to stress on the corporate self-learning activities.
