老子的“道”即“自然”思想及其“逻辑”展开

老子之“道”非指规律,乃为“自然”也。“自然”意味着:世界和事物的存在状态是“自己如此”或“自己这样”的,它既不是因为外力的推动所致,又不是源于自己“有意”之所为,乃是“无力”和“无心”之统一。而“自然”观念的“逻辑”展开便是“反者道之动”、“无之以为用”和“弱者道之用”的思想,老子以此说明:“自然”才是生命之根、和谐之本和力量之源。

On Lao Zi''''s Thought that Tao is Naturalness and Its Theoretical Outspreading

Tao in Lao Zi's thought means naturalness instead of rule,and naturalness here means that things in the world exist by themselves, not driven by outside force or intentions in themselves.That is,naturalness is unforced and unintentional.The idea of naturalness outspreads theoretically into the ideas that Reversing is the movement of Tao and that Inaction and Feebleness are the function of Tao.So Lao Zi thinks that naturalness is just the root of life,the foundation of harmony and the headspring of power.
