| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会应该是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。处于经济大发展的“盛世”并不“太平”,隐含着重大的社会危机,构建和谐社会发展的制度路径,有助于化解“盛世危言”。
