| 摘 要： | 伦理经营是企业管理发展的新趋势,是未来企业经营的主要方式,但目前我国企业的反伦理经营行为却日益泛滥.文章运用经济学中不确定性下的选择理论分析该现象存在原因,并提出从我国宏观道德环境和微观企业内部这两个层面入手加强企业伦理建设的对策.

| Abstract: | Ethic management is the new trend of management in the last few years,it will be the main way of management in the future .But the enterprise non-ethic actions become the most serious problem. This article applies undefinedly selection theory to analyse the reasons, and reinforces enterprise ethic construction , we should start with the improvement of the whole environment and the behavior of the enterprise itself. |
