酸水法提取穿心莲总内酯

摘    要:为了提高以水为溶媒提取穿心莲总内酯的收率,根据穿心莲内酯可以同亚硫酸氢钠起加成反应的原理,在常温条件下,用作者设计之方法──酸水法同乙醇回流法、碱水法、乙醇冷浸法、冷水浸渍法提取穿心莲总内酯,用比色法测定其含量,酸水法提取穿心莲总内酯可达乙醇冷浸法的75%以上,与乙醇回流法(A法)相当,而远远超过其它方法(D、E法),经方差分析,其与乙醇冷浸法(D法)和碱水法(B法)差异显著,而与乙醇回流法无显著差异。

Abstract:The author designed the acid - water method in order to raise profit of andrographolide by water media, and compare it with alcohol eddy, alkali - water, alcohol - water,cold water macerate. By means of colorimetric method. Results indicated that the profit of acid - water method is 75% of that of alcohol quench, and the same as to alcohol eddy, and it's for better than add other methods.
