| Abstract: | The evolution from information management to knowledge management and their relationship are discussed. It helps to understand the concept of knowlwdge management. The analysis shows that integrating apparent knowledge and latent knowledge of the organization is propitious to the innovation and improvement of the overall intellectualness,which is the characteristic of knowledge management. |
