| 摘 要： | 阐述了小康从概念到理想,再到现实的发展过程,分析了我国全面建设小康社会同实现社会主义现代化的关系,指出今后20年实现全面建设小康社会的历史任务,其要点是经济发展,重点是解决农业、农村、农民问题,难点在社会结构的调整、社会事业的发展和社会的全面进步。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the development process from the concept of comparatively well-off society to ideal and then to reality, analyzes the relationship between comprehensively building well-off society and realizing socialist modernization, and presents the historical task of ail-roundly building comparatively well-off society in next 20 years. The essence of this task is economic development; the focal point is to solve the problems of agriculture, rural area and peasants; The difficulty lies in the adjustment of social structure, the development of social services and the all-round progress of society. |
