| 摘 要： | 中国古代的死刑观念可以概括为复仇观念、刑罚报应观念、威慑观念、慎刑恤刑观念等四个方面的内容。纵观中国古代死刑观念的发展,虽然其总体上向着宽缓、人道的方向发展,但在根本上却没有发生质的变化。

| Abstract: | The historical viewpoints of death can be summarized as retribution,revenge,deterrent,and prudent.Investigating on the viewpoint tracks of death penalty we can find that it has the tendency of humanity and tolerance,but it also has the features of curve,irregularity,lack of scientific and progressive guidance,and no change in nature as well. |
