高校学习型图书馆的建设与全员培训

摘    要:文章论述高校图书馆有效的员工教育与培训机制的重要性以及实施。高校图书馆工作人员的素质提高,一方面需要员工个人在工作中不断实践,同时更需要图书馆有计划地开展对员工教育培训活动。图书馆良好的全员教育与培训机制不仅是创建学习型图书馆的重要保障,而且也是图书馆生存与可持续发展的重要基础。

Abstract:This paper elaborates on the critical importance of setting up an efficient staff training mechanism and its practice in university library. The improvement on the quality of university library staff, on one hand, depends on the consistent practice in their individual work. On the other hand, it relies more on the library to carry out training programs regularly for its staff. A good overall training mechanism is not only a guarantee for establishing a learning-oriented library, but also a firm basis for its survival and sustainable development in the future.
