摘    要:从知识型员工激励效果不佳的现状入手,分析了影响激励效果的因素,提出了知识型员工激励效果优化的流程和相关措施,以期帮助企业针对现有的激励机制查找激励效果不佳的原因,对症下药,收到事半功倍的效果。

Abstract:Based on the poor incentive effects of enterprise knowledge-worker,the factors that affect the incentive effects of knowledge-worker are analyzed.Then optimal process and related countermeasures are proposed with the hope to help enterprises find the reasons for poor incentive effects and find the remedy.
