高速公路基础设施对区域经济发展的贡献机理分析

高速公路是国民经济发展的核心基础设施之一，对国民经济发展具有重要的双刃性作用。依据高速公路基础设施资产形态的不同，将区域高速公路基础设施界定为高速公路基础设施流量和存量。通过研究发现，这两种不同形态的资产对高速公路沿线区域经济的发展贡献是不同的，这些流量和存量通过不同的作用机理影响其沿线区域经济的发展。因此，分析高速公路基础设施贡献机理是评价区域高速公路基础设施发展能力的先行。

The Devotion Mechanism Analysis of Expressway Infrastructure to the Regional Economic Development

The expressway is one of the core infrastructures to the economic development and plays an important dual roles （ pro and con） to the economic development. Flow and fixed assets of regional expressway infrastructure can be defined according to the different forms of the infrastructure assets. It was found that the two different assets in the form of contribution to the develop- ment of regional economy along the expressway are different. The flow and fixed assets influence the regional economy through different mechanism ways. Therefore, analyzing the devotion mechanism of expressway infrastructure to the economy is a pioneer of assessing the development ability of regional expressway infrastructure.
